CNC Swiss-type machining focuses on long shaft parts and precision small parts, with both turning and milling functions. All Beigain equipments are equipped with dual spindles, 5-axis or 6-axis, which can complete all parts processes on one equipment without the assistance of other equipment (one-stop solution), so that the accuracy of parts can be effectively guaranteed. 

Beigain' s equipments can accommodate more than 30 kind of tools, and with the help of CAM software, more complex and high-precision parts can be manufactured. When the main spindle is working, the auxiliary spindle can also implement different tasks at the same time. The main spindle and the auxiliary spindle cooperate with each other to complete the processing with high efficiency and high precision.

For ordinary precision requirements, we recommend the tolerance to choose the range of +/-0.02mm. Using this tolerance standard, the cost is the most competitive; for high precision requirements, our tolerance can be controlled within the range of+/- 0.0003mm
