Our quality system assurance is controlled from three aspects, precision inspection, appearance inspection and function inspection. Accuracy tolerance standard reference ASME-Y14.5M-2009. In-Process inspection sampling standard according to AQL S-II, 0.6-1.0. We implement Visual Quality Standard for surface finish service, inspect anodized,painted finishes and make consistency of cosmetic appearance. All our production will be inspected by a consistent method with same standard, so we can guarantee that every parts form Beigain will beyond your expectations.
The working principle of the infrared spectrometer is that when a certain frequency of infrared light is used to focus and irradiate the sample to be analyzed, if the vibration frequency of a group in the molecule is the same as the frequency of the irradiated infrared light, resonance will occur, thereby absorbing infrared light of a certain frequency, and the molecule will absorb infrared light. This situation is recorded by the instrument, and a spectrum that fully reflects the characteristics of the sample composition can be obtained, and then the type and structure of the compound can be inferred.
The infrared spectrometer is mainly composed of three parts: light source, interferometer and detector. The light source can emit stable, high-intensity, continuous-wavelength infrared light, usually using a Nernst lamp, silicon carbide or a nickel-chromium spiral filament coated with rare earth compounds. The role of the interferometer is to change the complex light into interference light. The beam splitter in the mid-infrared interferometer is mainly made of potassium bromide material; the near-infrared beam splitter is generally made of quartz and CaF2; the far-infrared beam splitter is generally made of Mylar film and grid solid material .

The projector enlarges the optical convex lens to form a larger image on the projection screen of the smaller measured workpiece. A measuring projector is a device that accurately measures and observes workpieces based on this principle.
The altimeter is an instrument used to measure the height of space points relative to the ground. It is widely used in online or batch testing. It can measure height, depth, groove width, inner and outer diameter, hole center distance, axis center distance, flatness, verticality, etc.
The three-coordinate measuring instrument is now used to be called a three-coordinate measuring machine. Its basic principle is based on the direct comparison between the theoretical position (dimension) of the coordinate position (x, y, z) of the workpiece to be measured and the actual position (dimension). Measure the error. Its working principle generally uses three linear grating rulers as the measurement reference, the measuring head is triggered by the electric trigger probe to send out the measurement signal, and the grating data of the three coordinates is locked at the same time, and the actual position (size) of the workpiece is measured. In terms of control, it is generally controlled by servo motor numerical control system, which is composed of granite guide rail components.
Working principle The surface roughness measuring instrument using the stylus method is composed of a sensor, a driver, a zero meter, a recorder and an inductive sensor. The radius of curvature r is very small. When measuring, the stylus is placed on the workpiece and is in vertical contact with the surface to be measured. The driver is used to drag the sensor at a certain speed. Because of the undulating peaks and valleys of the measured surface profile, the touch will move up and down when sliding on the measured surface.
This movement causes the magnetic core to move up and down synchronously through the fulcrum, so that the inductance of the two differential inductance coils surrounding the magnetic core changes. The coil of the sensor and the measuring circuit are directly connected to the balance bridge. The change of the coil inductance makes the bridge unbalanced, so it outputs a signal proportional to the displacement of the stylus up and down. After the change of the stylus is amplified and phase-sensitive detection, a signal that can represent the magnitude and direction of the displacement of the stylus is obtained.
